Synopsis:

The current economic climate within the primary industries has led to the need for greater diligence, and an increase in the drive to ensure operations are performing optimally and projects executed successfully. An improvement in the knowledge that leads to better quality decision making, is an accepted imperative for all project owners and operators.

Often the skills needed to give the optimising inputs into the project or operation don’t exist in-house and the use of a consultant can be beneficial.

The use of an external and independent consultant can allow the import of skills and knowledge that are required for a set length of time or a specific project.
