Kirsty has been in health and safety for 13 years and has a strong commitment to improving workplace safety and throughout her journey has developed a solid understanding on the importance of leadership and effective safety interventions. Kirsty is particularly interested in how proactive measures and behavioural approaches can strengthen safety culture and improve safety standards onsite.
